Studio Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We strive to offer every client an elevated and enjoyable experience. Kindly note our Cancellation & No-Show Policy is as follows:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may forfeit their appointment, as it disrupts the schedule and affects the quality of service. Clients who are more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
By booking an appointment, you consent to these terms and authorize Hannah Bronwyn Makeup Artist to charge your credit card in accordance with this policy.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and respect the time of all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and support.
CREDIT CARD PRIVACY POLICY
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your in-studio appointment. Please note that your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise specified for certain services or packages.
Your credit card information is securely stored through our third-party booking platform, which is fully compliant with Canadian privacy standards and PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). We only collect and store the minimum information necessary to manage your appointment.
This information is used strictly for the following purposes:
To hold your reservation
To enforce our cancellation and no-show policy
To process payments as authorized by you
We do not share, sell, or use your credit card information for any other purpose. Your data is protected under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and you have the right to access or correct your personal information at any time.
